Talesnug Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Talesnug is a digital platform that enables users to generate children's stories using artificial intelligence. Users can provide ideas, keywords, or specific parameters, and the artificial intelligence will create narrative content adapted to these inputs. The Platform's purpose is to offer a creative and educational tool primarily aimed at children, parents, educators, and children's content creators.
2. Terms Acceptance
By registering, accessing, or using Talesnug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Talesnug.
3. Eligibility and Registration
The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or minors under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. If you use the Platform on behalf of a minor, you assume full responsibility for its use and compliance with these Terms. To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Acceptable Use
The User agrees to use the Platform responsibly and ethically, adhering to the following rules: Do not use the Platform to create offensive, violent, discriminatory, inappropriate for minors, or content that infringes on third-party rights. Do not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures or use it for purposes other than intended. Do not distribute content generated by the Platform as if it were your exclusive authorship without acknowledging the use of Talesnug's artificial intelligence.
5. Intellectual Property
User-generated Content: You retain the rights to the ideas or inputs you provide to the Platform. Stories generated by artificial intelligence are shared property between you and Talesnug. You may use them for personal and non-commercial purposes, but Talesnug retains the right to use them for promotional purposes or service improvement, while always respecting your privacy.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Talesnug collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless necessary to comply with legal obligations or to operate the Platform (for example, with technology service providers).
7. Limitation of Liability
Talesnug provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for Users' use of generated content, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The artificial intelligence may generate unexpected content; Talesnug will not be liable if the content does not meet User expectations.
8. Service Modifications
Talesnug reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without prior notice. Additionally, we may update these Terms periodically, and such changes will take effect upon posting to the Platform.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time by closing your account. Talesnug may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these Terms or if we detect misuse of the Platform.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
